  一、关安全门:

  (3)低压合闸方式(2Y、3Y1、9Y1通电)。泵1的卸载,泵2的压力由远程调压网18控制,由于调压网18较低,夹紧气缸推力较小,所以即使两个模板之间有硬异物,也不会损坏模具表面。
  (3) Low voltage closing mode (2Y, 3Y1, 9y1 are powered on). The unloading of pump 1 and the pressure of pump 2 are controlled by the remote pressure regulating network 18. Because the pressure regulating network 18 is low and the thrust of the clamping cylinder is small, even if there are hard foreign matters between the two templates, the mold surface will not be damaged.
  (4)高压合闸方式(2Y, 3)电流。泵1卸油,泵2供油,系统压力由高压溢流阀4控制,高压闭模,并使连杆弹性变形,牢牢锁模。
  (4) High voltage closing mode (2Y, 3) current. Pump 1 unloads oil and pump 2 supplies oil. The system pressure is controlled by high-pressure relief valve 4. The high-pressure mold is closed, and the connecting rod is elastically deformed, and the mold is firmly locked.
  三、注射座前移(2Y、5Y1通电):
  3、 Injection base moves forward (2Y and 5y1 are powered on):
