2、 Mold closing:
The moving template opens slowly and moves forward quickly. When approaching the fixed template, the hydraulic system becomes low pressure slow control. After the disposable tableware mould is confirmed to be free of foreign matters, the system closes the mould under high pressure. Here, a hydraulic mechanical die closing mechanism is adopted. The die closing cylinder pushes the template to open and close through a symmetrical five link structure. The link mechanism has the function of increasing force and self-locking.
(1) Slow off mode (2Y, 3Y1 powered on). The large flow pump is composed of the flow of the electromagnetic relief valve, the pressure setting of the small flow pump and the electromagnetic relief valve. The pump pressure oil flows through the electro-hydraulic reversing net 5. The left cavity of the right clamping cylinder forces the piston to drive the connecting rod to clamp slowly. After the cylinder cavity is clamped, the oil valve and the cooler return to the oil tank.
(2) Fast mold closing (1y, 2Y, 3Y1 power on). After the slow closing, the change is fast closing, the travel switch sends out the command to make 1y get the power, and the pump can't unload. The oil supply pump with the convergence of the pressure oil closes the cylinder through the one-way valve and the supply oil. At the same time, the fast closing is realized, and the higher pressure safety valve 3 is limited.
(3) Low voltage closing mode (2Y, 3Y1, 9y1 are powered on). The unloading of pump 1 and the pressure of pump 2 are controlled by the remote pressure regulating network 18. Because the pressure regulating network 18 is low and the thrust of the clamping cylinder is small, even if there are hard foreign matters between the two templates, the mold surface will not be damaged.
(4) High voltage closing mode (2Y, 3) current. Pump 1 unloads oil and pump 2 supplies oil. The system pressure is controlled by high-pressure relief valve 4. The high-pressure mold is closed, and the connecting rod is elastically deformed, and the mold is firmly locked.
3、 Injection base moves forward (2Y and 5y1 are powered on):
After the installation and debugging of the disposable corn starch tableware mold on the injection molding machine, the injection gun should support the injection port of the mold, and the injection base should move forward. The pressure oil of the pump enters the right chamber of the injection base cylinder through the correct position of the electromagnetic reversing valve. The injection seat moves forward so that the nozzle contacts the mold. The oil in the left cavity of the injection base moving cylinder returns to the oil tank through the reversing valve.
