Because the material needed for the medium plate is not very accurate and some errors are allowed, a constant volume feeding mechanism is proposed.
3. Material sharing mechanism:
The function of pushing die mechanism of disposable tableware is to push materials away by using the rotation of upper die before pressurization, so as to ensure uniform wall thickness. The hydraulic motor driving mode is proposed.
4. Slewing mechanism:
The function of the conveying mechanism is the conveying station, mainly in the following ways:
(1) Wheel groove intermittent mechanism:
This method has the advantages of simple structure, large impact, high machining accuracy and is only suitable for small power occasions
(2) Intermittent mechanism of ratchet and pawl:
The intermittent mechanism of ratchet and pawl is a common driving mechanism
(3) Gear and ring gear drive:
Gear ring transmission is a common transmission method in construction machinery.
(4) Pinion and pin gear drive:
Gear pin gear drive is a kind of gear drive, because the pin gear tooth is a round pin, compared with the general device, it has the advantages of simple structure, easy processing, cost, easy maintenance and other advantages, so it is used to replace the involute gear with a larger size and a better one. Gear ring transmission is suitable for injection molding machine.
